By using BikeHireItaly.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

BikeHireItaly is a marketplace that connects cyclists with independent bike rental partners. We facilitate the booking process but the rental contract is between you and the partner. We are not the rental provider.

Bookings are confirmed once accepted by the rental partner. Cancellation policies are set by each partner and displayed during checkout. Free cancellation is available where indicated. Refunds follow the partner's cancellation policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

BikeHireItaly acts as an intermediary. We are not liable for the condition of rented bikes, accidents during use, or disputes between you and the rental partner. Partners are responsible for insurance, bike maintenance and safety equipment.

All content on BikeHireItaly.com (text, images, logos, design) is owned by BikeHireItaly or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify or distribute our content without written permission.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
