1. The service

Bike Hire Italy is a free information and intermediation service, operated by SEO S.R.L., Via Roma 163, 73021 Calimera (LE), Italy, VAT no. 05151910758, REA LE-345763. It lets travellers find bike rental shops in Italy and send them a rental request.

2. No online booking or payment

We do not take bookings and we do not collect payments. A request sent through the site is not a confirmed booking: the shop decides whether to accept it and agrees price, availability and conditions directly with you.

3. Rental contract

The rental agreement is made only between you and the shop. Bike Hire Italy is not a party to it and is not the provider of the rental.

4. Responsibility of the shops

Each shop is solely responsible for its bikes, equipment, prices, availability, insurance, safety, the information it publishes and for fulfilling the rental. We try to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee that they are complete or up to date. Please check the details with the shop before renting.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bike Hire Italy is not liable for damages, losses, accidents or disputes arising from a rental or from dealings between you and a shop. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights.

6. Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate details in your requests. We may suspend access in case of abuse.

7. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection rules of the country of residence remain unaffected.
